- There is no fee for entering the Screen Culture Awards and Exhibition.
- Entries close 1st April 2008
- School entries must be submitted by post.
- Individual entries can be submitted by post or by using the online entry form
- Entries submitted by post must include a copy of the printable entry form.
- Entries must be delivered/collected at the expense of the entrant.
- All courier and posted work should be addressed to:

- If required, submissions can be collected by arrangement from the office of Ipswich Events Corporation at the end of the Ipswich Festival.
- The committee will take all reasonable care, however, they cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to submissions.
- All submissions must be the work of the entrant and entrants must agree that the material that they provide does not and will not infringe on any persons intellectual property rights.
- Entrants must agree that the work submitted will be allowed to be used for media and publicity purposes for future Screen Culture Awards competitions.
- The committee reserves the right not to exhibit any entries at their sole discretion.
- All compiled submissions (eg: .swf .dcr) must contain unlocked source files (eg: .fla .dir)
